It's a fantastic time to join the team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. We are looking for a dynamic, inspirational and personable candidate to join our team of educators as a Personal Tutor, delivering high quality teaching, academic and pastoral support to enable our learners to reach their full potential.
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is a leading education provider in the south-east, which was formed through a partnership between East Berkshire College and Strode’s College in Egham. Our mission is to inspire ambition and make a positive difference to lives through learning. We are keen to recruit talented individuals who are passionate about helping us to deliver the highest standards of education and training to local people, communities and businesses. In return, we offer a supportive and inclusive working environment, where everyone’s skills and ideas are valued and respected.

Support and signposting to students around study, financial help, and wellbeing services, supporting them to successfully complete their studies and progress on to an appropriate, positive destination, including university, apprenticeships, training or employment
You will also contribute to students’ Individual Learning Plans (ILP), demonstrating an understanding of individuals’ strengths and areas for development. Agree targets and milestones with students, subject teachers, and parents if appropriate and contribute to their review and updating throughout the year.
