We are looking for a passionate and inspiring qualified Learning Mentor to lead our Personalised Learning Centre opening in October 2019 at Bristol Brunel Academy. The centre will facilitate students who have been identified as requiring additional support with their behaviour to access mainstream learning. We are a growing organisation, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
This role is offered on a full time basis, 37 hours a week, Term Time only plus 5 Inset Days.

Your duties will include:
- Taking responsibility for identified students with challenging behaviour in supporting them to achieve their targets.
- Being the key point of contact for the families of the identified students.
- Leading identified elements of the Personalised Learning Centre provision on a day to day basis.
- Supporting the Designated Safeguarding Lead and deputising in their absence.

About the Academy & Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. We currently are sponsoring academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-Super-Mare; six secondary, eight primary, one all-through academy and a Studio School. The Federation also has an overarching CLF Post 16 and specialist inclusion centres. Together we educate over 9000 children between the ages of 3 and 19 and the Federation is a major Teaching School in the South West.
