We are looking for a part Time Premises Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Winterstoke Hundred Academy. This is a brilliant opportunity for a building & maintenance specialist to move into a different business sector and start a new challenge. This role will work 30 hours per week, all year round.
What we are looking for:

You will undertake a range of duties which will include:
Planned preventative maintenance and compliance testing
Undertaking repairs and maintenance to the premises and grounds
Ensuring site safety and security
Inducting all contractors who come to site
Supporting a strong Health & Safety culture
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified or able to demonstrate that they have the required experience and skill set to undertake this role. You must be able to prioritise and manage work flow whilst maintaining a flexible approach to respond to urgent requests. Excellent communications skills are essential along with a sound knowledge of Health & Safety.

About the Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is a diverse Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in the South West. We currently sponsor eight secondary academies and eight primary academies, an all through provision, Digitech Studio School and a discrete Post 16 provision and an alternative provision which consists of one primary and two secondary phases.
Winterstoke Hundred Academy (WHA) named after the historic parish of Weston-super-Mare, is due to be launched as a new 11-19 academy in September 2020, admitting pupils for the first time into Year 7 and Year 12. As a new school opening in an established multi-academy trust, it offers the successful applicant a unique opportunity to craft an exceptional learning environment for a generation of learners, re-shaping the educational landscape and positively influencing a whole community. WHA will join the 3-19 North Somerset cluster of the CLF, a family of schools which already includes the secondary schools:
Hans Price Academy (HPA), Broadoak Academy (BA), and the primary schools: Haywood Village (HVA) and Herons’ Moor Academy (HMA), all of which already serve communities in Weston.
