The role is interesting and varied - you will provide support in maintaining a safe, attractive, clean and functional working environment. You must have a passion for providing excellent customer service as the success of our lettings policy and achieving consistent customer satisfaction will be your responsibility.
The role will suit someone with a positive attitude who can use their own initiative, as well as being organised, flexible and hands on. The ability to form effective working relationships with hirers and internal staff is key. Relevant experience of working in a similar role will be useful and training will be given in specific operational areas.
The hours of work will be 18 hours per week. These will normally be worked across 2 evenings in the week and a Saturday and Sunday.
