Salary: Surrey SP4 £19,072 - £21,066 Full time equivalent. (Actual starting salary £11,686)

Contract type: 1 part time position, all year round (52 weeks per year)
22.5 hours per week (7:00am to 11:30 am daily)

We are seeking an experienced, well organised and adaptable part time Premises Manager for our primary school located in the heart of the Acres housing development, Horley, Surrey. We opened in September 2014 and now have 6 classes including a nursery. The school will eventually provide 240 mainstream and nursery places for local pupils. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing staff team at the school.
Whilst specific qualifications are not required the successful candidate will
• Have knowledge and experience of buildings maintenance or site management.
• Be conscientious, flexible and personable.
Induction, support and on-going training will be provided. A commitment to the school’s Christian ethos is essential.
