Surrey Pay Grade 6 £24,430 - £26,967 depending on experience.
36 hours a week.

Pyrcroft Grange Primary School is looking to appoint a highly committed, conscientious and self-motivated person who will form part of a dedicated team providing a safe and welcoming environment for pupils to learn.
We are looking for someone who:
Is hard working, forward thinking individual with the initiative to work independently
Undertakes tasks efficiently and completes them to a high standard with the ability to prioritise tasks
An awareness of health and safety procedures to minimise risk in the school environment where possible
Is practical and self-motivated; has skills in DIY, gardening and property maintenance
Is aware of current health and safety guidelines and COSHH standards or has a willingness to learn
Flexible with working patterns
Is keen to actively contribute as a member of our team
Can foster good relationships with pupils, staff, parents and contractors
Is able to project manage school projects
Willing to attend training to enhance individual’s performance
Is computer literate to support the role
Shares the school passion to provide the very best for our pupils
Key responsibilities include:
Maintenance of the site
Security of site
Health and safety
Candidates need to be resourceful, adaptable, physically fit and able to show initiative. Previous building maintenance is essential. References will be sought prior to interview.
