Salary: £17,879.13 per annum, plus a call out allowance of £725.25 per
annum, Weybridge only and a first aid allowance of £169.35 per annum
on completion of training
Applications are invited for the post of Premises Officer to provide Caretaker/Security duties. This post will be working shifts based on 37 hours per week (including every fourth Saturday) between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm. The successful candidate must be able to attend site within 20 minutes, as you will be rostered on duty callout. This post may also require cover at the Ashford campus, therefore own transport will be required.
This is a varied job requiring a flexible and enthusiastic approach. You should be able to move heavy objects/furniture and have the ability to be trained in securing buildings, use CCTV cameras, security and fire alarms.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
