Kibworth Mead Academy is looking to appoint a Premises Officer to work 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (plus 1/2 hour unpaid break).
Salary: Premises Officer Grade 4 Point 7-10 (Actual Salary £20,644 - £22,346)
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the general maintenance, cleanliness and security of the school, including the daily appearance of all school buildings, facilities, pathways, grounds and gardens which need to be kept in a clean, safe, sound and secure condition for all staff, pupils, parents and community users. The successful applicant will possess a range of skills to include building management, IT and DIY skills together with the ability to monitor contractors.

The ideal candidate should be flexible & a committed team player as the role may require working outside your normal hours to cover staff absence, lettings or special school events.
It would be beneficial to have previous experience working in property maintenance or a building related trade.
