Salary: Â£16,906 & Â£19,408 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our small team providing administration and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team and Head of Governance. Reporting to the Principal & Executive Assistant, this is a key role and will involve the successful candidate in a wide variety activities from managing diaries, to dealing with visitors and organising and minuting meetings.
We are seeking to recruit a customer focussed individual who is keen to help provide an efficient and professional administration service. This position will provide the successful candidate with opportunities for development in the different administration aspects of the College.
The successful candidate must have previous administrative experience, preferably in a customer facing role, and should be qualified to GCSE/Level 2 in Maths & English, and have a good working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as are good written and verbal communication skills.
