We are seeking an individual who also has a good understanding of the developments within FE and in particular the developments for the new T-Levels. This is an essential aspect of the role, as the individual appointed will lead on the development, planning and implementation of the new T Level within our Science route. The individual appointed will ensure high quality teaching and learning, motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in Health Science and or Science, hold a full teaching qualification, demonstrate a good understanding of quality assurance and data management, and will have a background and experience of delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment. You will also have strong leadership skills and experience of managing people. The ability to manage data systems and processes are also essential for this post.
