Heathermount is a non-maintained specialist school in Ascot owned by the Disabilities Trust. The school provides education for children and young people aged between 4-19 years who have a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition and associated disorders. The school has recently received a “Good” Ofsted inspection (Feb 2019) and has its Autism Accreditation mark. We are a forward looking and ambitious school.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Teacher to deliver Careers and Education, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), work experience and enterprise programmes to our secondary students. The successful candidate will also have responsibility for arranging a wide range of careers activities within the PSHE programme including RSHE. Some experience of working with local companies to obtain their engagement would be an advantage.
