Public Services Lecturer
Salary: £26,508 - £37,833 pa / pro rata

We are looking for someone who is able to teach on the range of Public Services courses we offer. We are looking for someone to work Part time within a London college. This would suit someone who ls located near London, however you will be expected to come to New College Swindon for any CPD training and meetings.

Please note an enhanced DBS will be required for this role. The successful candidate is required to meet the payment of this DBS Check which is currently £44.
You should have experience of teaching or training and have previous employment in the Uniformed Public Services or teaching experience on Public Services Programmes.
It is essential that you have a relevant teaching qualification (or agree to work towards one) along with a degree in a relevant subject and/or significant experience in a related area. English, Maths and ICT are also required at a Level 2. We would expect you to be willing to teach on a range of theoretical and practical units across both the First Diploma, National Diploma and HNC/D Programmes.
On appointment, you will be placed at the salary point aligned to a number of factors which include, but are not limited to, qualifications, previous relevant experience, current salary and market forces.
