We have an exciting opportunity in our Staff Development department for a Qualification Assessor to join our friendly team on a temporary basis. As one of our Assessors you’ll be responsible for verifying and assessing our Residential Child Care – Level 3 qualification programme within our school and children’s home. This role will be a busy and varied; you’ll be assessing one of the Centre’s mandatory qualifications, preparing and maintaining qualification paperwork, supporting the Lead Verifier on claiming units for funding, advising on completion of qualifications for reports all whilst ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
This is an incredibly rewarding role supporting our staff to reach key milestones in their personal development, so it’s important that you are a real motivator who is able to prioritise a busy work load and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate should have an A1 Assessors award along with an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
