We are looking for someone to join our vibrant Day Nursery as a full time, qualified, member of staff from September 2020.
Our Day Nursery offers integrated childcare and education for children 3 months to 5 years. We aim to provide our children with a high standard of physical, emotional and social care in the Day Nursery.
We are looking for a qualified childcare practitioner with a Level 3 qualification in this field. Proven experience is required for this qualified post together with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. You will need to be able to present a caring and professional image while also being able to skip round the garden in a silly hat!
This role is for 36 hours per week throughout the year. Please note that it is not a school term time job. The Day Nursery staff all work shift patterns between 7.30 am and 6.15 pm comprising two 9 hour day shifts and 3 short day shifts of 6 hours on a rota pattern across Monday – Friday. Continuing professional development is encouraged and supported.
Our Day Nursery stands within Epsom Downs Primary School & Children’s Centre and as such has the use of a wide range of outstanding facilities. The Day Nursery is purpose built, bright and very well resourced. There is access to outside play areas equipped to the highest standard, a small farm, dedicated off site Nature World, music room, library and even an indoor and outdoor beach!
