Full Time 37 hours per week / Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am – 4:30pm
Starting salary £23,962 per annum, salary progression after completed probation
Based at the St Albans Campus
We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to take on the role of Quality Administrator.
The postholder will be a member of the Quality Team providing administrative support to the quality team, maintaining accurate and appropriate records relating to quality assurance. You will provide effective liaison with external clients, including students, awarding organisations and others and prepare documents for external stakeholders.
Part of the role will also involve developing a suite of reports in liaison with Heads of Department and Director of Curriculum to assist effective curriculum management.
To be considered for this role, candidates need to demonstrate they hold the following;
Good standard of education 5 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent qualification or extensive experience
Level 2 ICT, Numeracy and Literacy
Experience of using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel Reporting using functions, Outlook Calendar Scheduling, Word formatting) to achieve business objectives and to support colleagues
Experience of data entry, report building
Good interpersonal skills with experience of supporting internal and/or external customers
