Quality Assurer – Apprenticeships and Business Hub
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,706 - £30,298 pa (A33-A36)
Reaseheath Group is the largest provider of Land Based Apprenticeships and Work Based Learning in the country with over 1500 apprentices operating from Reaseheath College and DART Ltd with bases in Cheshire and Derbyshire.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Apprenticeship and Hub team. This is a key role within the Group and offers a significant opportunity for the right person. This role will have responsibility for developing and managing the Apprenticeship Quality Assurance Framework and driving up standards in quality assurance and delivery of Apprenticeships across the Reaseheath College Group.
You will have significant experience of managing a range of quality assurance processes and strategies and driving sustained improvements in the management and delivery of apprenticeship provision. An IQA and TAQA qualification are required.
Excellent communication and IT skills with the ability to analyse data to identify trends are essential, as well as the ability to manage and prioritise competing demands. The right person for the role will be self motivated and able to work as a team member whilst ensuring independence in the operations of the team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance across our two sites in Cheshire and Derbyshire, so regular travel is required.
Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012. The successful candidate will therefore be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check with barred list information prior to starting employment. You must have the right to work in the UK and will be required to provide evidence to support this.
