The Head teacher and governors are looking for an experienced learning support assistant who has a sound knowledge of the EYFS, a passion for learning, will put the needs of the children first, is flexible and has excellent interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will have:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent
- A passion for working with children, supporting their development and forming and maintaining appropriate relationships
- Excellent communication skills- with children and adults alike
- A willingness to contribute to planning meetings and curriculum development
- An ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT skills
- A willingness to undertake training
- A commitment to safeguarding
