An exciting opportunity has arisen at Eastwick School for a Receptionist position.
The postholder will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break).
The postholder will work across the infants and juniors, but will be based in juniors.
The postholder will provide an efficient and effective reception, telephone and administrative service to visitors, staff and pupils. The postholder will need to be aware of day-to-day office and school activities including school trips, so as to be a main point of contact for colleagues, staff, parents and visitors.
The successful candidate must have basic numeracy and literacy skills, knowledge of typical IT packages, be able to operate office equipment and be able to exchange basic information verbally or in writing.
