The Park is the fast growing – customer facing commercial arm of Cambridge Regional College. We are looking for a customer focused and welcoming individual to support the growth our front of house function and provide exceptional service to all of our customers.
We are looking for a receptionist to provide an exceptional customer experience for clients, students, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for and empowered to, convert customer feedback into action and improve the overall customer experience and levels of customer loyalty.
Hours will be worked on a two week alternate working pattern and will include some evening and weekend work.
