We are looking to appoint an Apprentice Receptionist/Reprographics Assistant to help provide administrative support, in a busy and thriving secondary academy in Willenhall.
The primary focus will be to maintain our high standard of service and support, answering telephone queries from parents and carers and completing work set by the Reception Team and Reprographics Officer.
We are seeking confident and adaptable candidates who thrive during a challenge. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running and you’ll be able to apply your enthusiasm to a range of tasks to ensure our excellent standards are maintained.
The role may appeal to those who wish to gain experience in an administrative setting, as workload is varied and no two days are the same!
A good general education and minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C or equivalent including English and Mathematics) are required. Previous experience within a similar role or school setting is desirable.
