This is a fantastic opportunity to join the HR Team at an exciting time as we implement an HR and Recruitment system with an organisational focus on achieving efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
Providing effective recruitment administration support to our Trust central team and Academies. This is an excellent development opportunity into a career in Recruitment and HR.
The post holder will ensure all procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with Trust policies and requirements, Department for Education (DfE) guidance and appropriate legislation. They will act as first point of contact for all recruitment queries.
You will be producing contractual paperwork and completing pre-employment checks for new starters across the Trust, and so will need to be accurate in your work and have good attention to detail, ensuring communication is precise, professional and in line with the Trust policies and procedures.
This role will suit somebody who enjoys working flexibly within a fast-paced office, is able to prioritise and juggle demands from multiple academies alongside completing tasks within specific timescales. You will be able to adapt to frequently changing priorities ensuring recruitment administration is done within set expectations and is consistent.
The successful post holder will have a creative flair and will be able to use their initiative to work proactively to provide sound recruitment solutions in a HR service orientated environment. Experience of using online recruitment portals and HR systems or a willingness to learn is crucial.
Your sector background is not relevant, however your capability and can-do attitude to operate within a fast paced, rapidly changing educational environment is essential.
You will have access to confidential and sensitive information and therefore, discretion is essential.
The role is available up to full time, all year round, however we will duly consider any applications for alternative part time flexible working hours, subject to these meeting organisational demand.
