What will you be doing?
City of Bristol College is seeking to appoint a resilient, enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment and HR Assistant to work within our busy HR team. You will be the lead to work with managers to process all recruitment for the College including any agency requirements and be part of the admin team that processes new starter paperwork for our subsidiary business. You will also act as a note taker at disciplinary and grievance investigations and general HR administration meaning this is a great opportunity for anyone interested in progressing their career in HR.
You will be a highly organised and efficient administrator with a confident communication style with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships. You must have experience of working in a busy environment and be enthusiastic and proactive.
Please note, the College is currently closed in line with the Government advice and so this post holder will need to be able to begin working from home before returning to College site when we are advised this is safe to do so. All IT equipment will be provided and training will be delivered online in order for the post holder to be able to effectively start and support our team.
