Registry Assistant Ref: 19-005
Salary: £17,222 - £18,659 per annum
Colchester Institute is looking for a Registry Assistant to provide efficient, customer focused administration services within the Registry team. This will include tasks such as enrolments, ensuring the collection and accurate input of data that meets the requirements of external funding agencies.
You will have experience to process enrolment of students onto courses, using College Information System, e.g. entering data, assessing and collecting fees and producing ID cards in accordance with department procedures.
You will have a good standard of general education, to include GCSE 9-4 or equivalent in English and Maths and be able to use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel to produce written correspondence and materials.
