We are looking for someone to assist our Reprographics Coordinator in providing a high-quality reprographics service to staff and students.
1. Helps provide a printing and photocopying service for staff and students
2. Helps customers
3. Carries out first-line maintenance, cleaning and repair services
4. Carries out services for external customers.
5. Deputises for Reprographics Manager in their absence.
6. Printing and finishing of documents received via email.

It is essential that you hold a Level 2 or higher qualification in English, Maths and ICT. Having an NVQ Level 3 or 4 Qualification in Print Production or a Level 3 qualification would be desirable.
We would expect you to have experience of working in a reprographics department preferably in an educational environment. You should have a high level of attention to detail and should be able to demonstrate that you can work to deadlines.
