The successful candidate will provide organisational and administrative support to maintain efficient systems within the school.
This is a varied role within the administrative function of the school. Please take time to read the full job description, however, tasks will include among others:
photocopying, laminating and binding documents within the Resources Department
collating, designing and drafting documents, programmes for the music concerts and school productions
providing support to the Reception area dealing diplomatically with telephone enquiries and visitors to the school
providing administrative support typing correspondence, reports and other documents
The working week will be 20 hours spread equally over the School week, term time only plus 5 days. This is equivalent to 39 working weeks of the year.
The successful candidate will be required to liaise with staff, students and parents / carers and, therefore, the ability to communicate to all levels is essential.
The ideal applicant will have good all-round administrative skills gained through professional training and / or experience, the ability to prioritise their workload, meet deadlines and have the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues.
