The Cathedral School Llandaff, Cardiff’s leading independent school for girls and boys, seeks to appoint an experienced and inspirational specialist to coach rugby from September 2021 on a fixed term basis for one term until December 2021. The role is for 2 afternoons each week. There will also be regular Saturday fixtures, for which the post-holder must be available. The rate of pay is £12.36 per hour plus co-curricular payment for weekend fixtures. In addition, lunch is provided free of charge, and there may be scope for additional hours due to other school activities.
This role provides an opportunity to help shape the principles of play throughout the school, and we are looking for someone with the ambition to do so. This post would suit a proficient sportsperson, who would like the chance to coach rugby to keen and motivated pupils, as part of a varied and successful Games programme, and who can be an effective member of a highly committed team of staff.
