Hours: 37 hours per week, 08:15-4:15 with one earlier finish per week, Monday-Friday, term time and INSETs
Actual Salary: £17,365- £18,428 (Bristol Grade 7/NJC8-11)
Place of work: Initially based at Little Mead Primary Academy. However, all appointments are made to the Trust centrally

The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver high-quality and effective administrative support and front of house services.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled professional to provide effective administration and business support. The post holder will have a flexible and proactive approach to managing a range of responsibilities in a fast-moving environment. The post holder’s responsibilities include:
- Contributing to an outstanding administrative function
- Functioning as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Keeping to tight timescales and deadlines.
- Confidently communicating Trust policies and procedures to a range of stakeholders.
- Oversight of school lettings.
Applicants must have a high standard of written and spoken English and be able to manage their workload strategically.
It is essential that the post holder quickly builds effective professional relationships with a range of stakeholders including external agencies, parents, school staff, visitors, and volunteers.
