The Governing Body of Severn Primary School seeks to appoint a highly motivated Admin Support Officer to work in a small, friendly school office. Duties and responsibilities include all aspects of finance. An excellent knowledge of SIMS including FMS module and Excel are essential. The post requires a person of outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. The successful applicant should be able to work as part of a team and also to act on their own initiative.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to respond positively to the confidential nature of the post.
Severn is a large inner city school that supports a very diverse community. There are 52 languages spoken in the school and a high percentage of learners speak English as a second language. The Office Manager must reflect this at the point of contact with the public and the rest of the school community.
