John Chilton School is a successful school for pupils who have complex physical, medical and learning difficulties. We are innovative in our approach to educate pupils with a range of cognitive, physical and medical needs (3 to 17 years) in a unique environment co-located with a mainstream academy. We aim for our pupils to become confident, independent and motivated members of the community.
We are looking for a well-organised, friendly and efficient School Administrator to join our school office team. This role will be based at our new satellite site in Northolt, which will be opening in October 2020. There will be an expectation for the successful candidate to work across both sites as required.
Our School Administrator will:
• Use and apply administrative systems within the school
• Contribute towards the overall work of the Administration team across the two sites
• Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of children and young people within the school.
You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a general clerical or administrative role. You will have worked with ICT packages and will have good keyboard skills. You will be competent in the use of office equipment and resources such as photocopiers and scanners and will have a knowledge of office procedures and working practices. You will be able to relate well to adults and children.

Candidates will require an Enhanced DBS clearance check.
