Part time and Permanent
Term Time plus 5 INSET days and three days in the summer holidays
8.00am to 4.30pm, 3 days per week - Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Salary: NJC Scale 5 point 13 - 15 depending on experience (actual salary £14,561.87 to £15,091.65)
Orleans Primary School is an outstanding two-form entry primary school situated in leafy Twickenham in the London Borough of Richmond, we are 0.2 miles from St Margarets train station and have excellent public transport links nearby. We are looking for individuals who have previously worked either in a school office, or a similar fast-paced office environment and have passion, drive, enthusiasm and commitment to whole school improvement.
The School Administrator/Receptionist will handle a wide range of administrative and support related tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will need to be proactive in assessing and prioritizing your workload in order to identify opportunities to provide additional support to colleagues as needed. In this position, you must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a large and varied school environment. You will be required to interact with staff and parents in a busy environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, calm, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. We are looking for someone who has a can do attitude, and who is willing to get involved with school events.
