Part Time, Term Time Only – 08:15 to 15:15 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 26 hours per week
5 days inset day attendance (pro rata)
Bristol Grade 6 scale point 6 to 7 Annual Full Time Equivalent Salary Range £21,968 to £22,369
Actual Starting Salary per annum with an associated pension benefit £13,440
Elmlea Schools’ Trust is a Multi Academy Trust encompassing the Elmlea Infants’ and Junior schools. Both schools have “outstanding” Ofsted ratings and are renowned for their all-round education.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator at Elmlea Schools’ Trust. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and adaptable administrator to join our supportive admin team. Working across the Trust you will work alongside the Trust’s admin team to provide high quality and effective support to the Trust within each school’s administrative and clerical functions by providing an efficient and effective service to the whole Trust.
Administrative duties to include:
- Providing a professional, friendly and efficient first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff, visitors and contractors, dealing and responding to enquiries received.
- Undertake a wide range of administrative support to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Collate and provide information including database and statistical information accurately and in a timely manner.
- First day contact with parents/carers, completion of attendance systems and reporting.
- Follow school policy and procedures for safeguarding and missing children.
- Prepare and circulate regular communication to parents/carers to ensure that communication with parents/carers is regular and accurate.
- Provide full administrative support for school activities and events.
- Co-ordination of the events including all related bookings.
- Co-ordination of parental communications and payments.
- Administering First Aid to children
Your contract of employment is directly with Elmlea Schools' Trust (“the Trust"). Your main place of work will be Elmlea Infants’ and Elmlea Junior School but you may be deployed to work at any school within the Trust and carry out those duties that may be reasonably required in relation to such deployment.
To meet the Trusts’ safeguarding and recruitment policy, a CV will not be considered to be a sufficient substitute to these documents and would therefore not meet the application criteria.
