About the role
We are looking for an outstanding and experienced School Business Manager to oversee the needs of a fast-paced, high-achieving 2-11 Preparatory School Oakfield Prep .
As School Business Manager you will be a member of the senior leadership team and as such you will contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the School. Working closely with the Headmaster you will be responsible for the financial and business management of the school as well as overseeing the effective running of the school administrative team.
We are looking for someone with experience of both school business management and finance, ideally with a certificate in School Business Management and an accounting qualification. You will have experience in the management of a diverse range of activities which could include human resources, procurement, facilities management and health and safety. Working with a range of stakeholders, ideally in a school setting, is key to success. This is a full year position based within the school.
