We are seeking to appoint an experienced and credible School Business Support Manager to join our team, on a temporary fixed term basis. This post will form part of our central Trust team and provide flexible business support management to our academies, in relation to finance, HR, estates and health and safety.
As School Business Support Manager, you will support academies to achieve their objectives, in accordance with Academy Improvement Plans and the strategic goals of the Trust. You will ensure that resources are managed efficiently, and key projects are carried out to an exemplary standard, in the academies that you support. You will have a strong financial background, including budgetary control, and be able to transfer your experience to this role.
It is anticipated that this post will primarily focus on two of our academies in Swindon, Wiltshire, with flexibility to work across others if the need arises.
You will be joining a committed, dynamic and focused team, centrally and across our academies. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within a school environment and have a proactive, flexible and solution-focused approach.
