The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within caretaking/property maintenance environment. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, responsible and safety conscious person who is self-motivated and resourceful.

✓ Excellent maintenance/DIY skills
✓ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✓ Knowledge of health and safety procedures and practices, including COSHH regulations
✓ Effective time management and organisational skills
✓ Is highly organised and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓ Is able to work with high levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality
