We are looking for a talented office manager to join our friendly, welcoming and busy school administration team at Moorlands Schools Federation – federated infant and junior schools that overlook the beautiful city of Bath. Our two schools operate from one office and occupy a striking green campus that provides fantastic facilities.
Being outward facing and valuing connections with a range of education settings, our schools are part of The Bath & Mendip Partnership Trust, a multi academy trust of 14 schools.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic person with the skills and experience to provide a diverse range of secretarial and administrative duties, including line management of two admin staff and PA work for the Headteacher.
The successful applicant will be confident in the use of Microsoft Office, able to remain professional when handling confidential material, be an excellent communicator and ideally, have experience of working in a busy office environment.
This is an exciting and varied role for someone who combines efficiency with a warm and welcoming approach, and has the capacity to remain calm and cope with the unexpected.
