Receptionist/Office Assistant (P/T)
To commence as soon as possible
22.5 hours/week, term time only (38.6 weeks per year)
Actual Salary £9,131 per annum
Do you have excellent communication and administration skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude? Our reception area is a hub of activity and providing a warm and professional welcome is key. As first point of contact for external and internal enquiries you will need the ability to absorb and communicate a wide range of information and to establish and maintain good relationships with pupils, parents/carers, colleagues, suppliers, contractors and other professionals.
As well as providing efficient and accurate general clerical, switchboard and administrative support, the ability to work effectively within a small team is essential. A working knowledge of Microsoft office software is required, and a first aid qualification or willingness to gain one would be advantageous.
We anticipate the working pattern will be 8.30 am – 1.00pm Monday to Friday during term time only and this role is offered on an initial one year fixed term basis due to a review of staffing requirements.
