Could you be our new school Receptionist?
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, friendly and customer focused person to manage the
smooth running of our Reception area.
You will have a friendly, efficient telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with children, parents and outside
agencies. Committed to delivering excellent customer care, your manner will be calm and professional. Your IT skills will be used on a daily basis so should be at least good, and school office experience using SIMS would be an advantage but not essential. Other necessary qualities include confidentiality, efficiency, being able to work on your own initiative when under pressure and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of our wonderful school.
