A highly efficient, can-do, multi-tasking person is required for the position of School Secretary full-time 7:45am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday in term-time and for occasional shorter sessions during the school holidays.
As co-secretary in the school’s very busy office, the successful candidate will have excellent IT/MS Office (Mac, Word, Excel, database merge) capabilities together with good people-management skills. He or she will work alongside the school’s senior secretary and the registrar and will report to the headmaster. Experience working in a school and/or with children will be an advantage. Accuracy alongside excellent written English is essential. The job is always varied and yields high job satisfaction.
Annual salary will depend on experience and the amount of the year worked but will comparable to the salary of a PA to a Partner in a busy West End law firm.
