We are looking for a self-motivated School Site Manager to maintain our site and premises and give it the attention and care that the children at Hatfeild Primary School deserve.
Ideally you will have worked in a school environment or a similar role maintaining premises and grounds and be able to work as part of a team. The role includes school security, maintenance, health & safety, compliance, COSH, security and fire alarm testing and keeping records on a computerised system.
You should have a good sense of humor and be able to relate to children, parents and all members of staff. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative, but also be able to take direction from the School Business Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
You will need to be able to understand your roles and responsibilities and carry out duties as detailed in the job description.
This is a part-time post for 25 hours a week Monday to Friday 7.30-11.30am & 5-6pm. Holidays will need to be negotiated with the Senior Leadership Team - please note there will be an expectation for you to work during some school holidays.
