An opportunity has arisen to become part of a highly successful Science department at the largest school in Wales, starting in September.
As Physics and Electronics Technician, you will support the departments in the preparation of experimental work and the resourcing of the subject at GCSE and A Level.
You will be expected to work as an integral part of a very supportive, high achieving and well-established Science team. Your main duties will involve servicing laboratories, carrying out general technician duties and offering support to the delivery of the Science curriculum as appropriate. The opportunity to service Physics and Electronics equipment will be available depending on experience. The department will shortly be moving to new Science laboratories.
A scientific background, especially in Physics or Electronics would be an advantage.
