Science Technician (Level 2) (Full-time, Permanent), starting as soon as possible.
The Science Technician Team provides support across all Key Stages (age 11-18) and in all areas of the science curriculum. We are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Science Technician to make a valuable contribution to our thriving department. The position would suit someone from any science specialist background.
We are very proud that many of our previous technicians have either gone on to further study, some at post-graduate and doctoral level, or advanced to a higher scientific role, such as research or commercial laboratories. The post is a full-time, permanent position to start as soon as possible. It involves the opportunity to teach across all science subjects up to KS4 and as a specialist at Post-16 level.

Salary: Bristol Grade 6 £9.93 - £10.13 per hour (£19,171 – £19,554 pro rata) depending on previous experience

Your contract of employment is directly with Gatehouse Green Learning Trust (“the Trust”). Your main place of work will be Redland Green School but you may be deployed to work at any school within the Trust and carry out those duties that may be reasonably required in relation to such deployment.
