HOURS: Permanent, Full time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
SALARY: Â£17,902 per annum (fixed point)

Bath College is looking to recruit a Security Assistant to work as part of our in-house Security team, helping to provide a safe working and learning environment for staff, students and visitors.

The normal shift pattern for this role is 6am-2pm, but this may be subject to change if necessary.
Duties will include site patrols, search and inspection, monitoring of CCTV as well as dealing with staff, students and visitors. This role requires a high level of customer services skills as well as a confident manner when interacting with students, staff and visitors in person or on the phone.
An SIA Licence in Security Guarding is preferable, but not essential. If you don't currently hold this, we'll support you to achieve it within 6 months of starting.
