We are seeking an enthusiastic SEMH Practitioner on a full time basis to work across the Campus with predominantly secondary aged pupils.
We are in a position to appoint a strong candidate to lead and manage 1-1 and small group interventions for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) at Bridge Learning Campus in Bristol. The successful applicant will be able to support the SENDCo in addressing the needs of pupils through targeted intervention to overcome barriers to learning and take lead roles in break and lunch time interventions. The role will involve some line management. The role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities.
