Eastfield Primary School are seeking an individual who is either already SEN qualified or willing to work towards the SEN qualification at our Eastfield Primary School. The role will either be a full time role with teaching responsibilities or 50% to solely focus on the SEN provision for the school depending upon the field of applicant.
Eastfield Primary School is an excellent staff team and the role of SENCo provides a real opportunity for someone to impact upon the lives of the children who come to the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of the SEN provision within the school for children with special educational needs. The SENCo will support, advise and guide Classroom Teachers and support staff in providing high quality SEN education within the classroom.
The successful candidate will most of all possess compassion and ensure that inclusion is lived throughout the school. They will be able to make decisions that impact the lives of the children positively and most of all the SENCo will support the building and maintaining of excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
