SEN LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Grade / Salary: Grade 5, Points 7 to 8 (Full time salary: £18,426 to £18,795)
Location: Merrydale Junior School
Hours Per Week: Full Time / Part Time posts available
Status: Fixed Term until 31.08.2020 subject to the funding received for the specific children.

We are looking for caring, experienced and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistants to join our team and be a proactive integrated member of the School Staff Team.
Post 1: Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 2.45pm (25 hours per week)
Post 2: Monday to Friday, 1.00pm to 3.15pm (11.25 hours per week)
You will work one to one with a specific child/ren to help support them to fully access all aspects of the curriculum.
As part of your role you will, under the direction of a teacher, support in the learning process and utilise your skills to assist the teacher to create an educational environment in which a pupil's all round development is achieved in accordance with their EHCP and the School Development Plan that all children realise their potential.
