Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract: Term Time, 38 weeks of the year plus 6 days
Phoenix Education is expanding, and we will be opening an independent co-educational school which will provide learning and supportive environment for c25 students from Key Stage 2-4 with Social, Emotional, Behavioural, Mental Health difficulties and Autism Spectrum Conditions

Due to this expansion we are looking for Qualified SEN Teachers as well as Unqualified SEN Teacher’s to join our team and help set up this brand-new service. Ideally you will have experience in one core subject (Maths, English, Science) as well as experience in additional side subjects.
In your role you will be responsible for delivering Person-Centred education. You will have a full understanding of the statutory framework within which teachers work in order to enable our students to flourish and develop.
You will have a proven track record of working with children with a wide range of special educational needs, including those with complex autism as well as social, emotional and mental health difficulties. You will also help to further build on a reputation of high-quality teaching and support for our pupils.
