Pay Grade 4 (points 7 - 10) £13,617.96 - £14,740.61 (Actual Salary)
Hours of work: 8.50am -3.25pm

Ellesmere College is a large special school located in Leicester providing education for up to 285 children and young people, aged from 4 to 19, with a range of complex learning difficulties.
We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient Level 2 SEN Teaching Assistants with excellent interpersonal skills to work within our school.
You will need to be committed to providing support to learners with a range of complex needs, be flexible in your approach and able to work as part of a team.
Applicants should have good literacy and numeracy skills. Understanding and experience of using Makaton, PECs and sensory approaches would be advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable. Please stipulate in your application whether you have experience in EYFS, Primary or Secondary, as we have several vacancies.
