SEN - Teaching Assistant (1:1)
Fixed Term contract till 17/07/2020
Working Pattern: Mon-Fri 28.75 hours per week (8.30am to 3.15pm)
Term Time only (37 weeks), plus 5 inset days
Support Staff Pay Scale: Point 2
Actual Salary: £11,969.98pa (Inclusive of LW)
Plus additional SEN Allowance £1,500pa
Lynch Hill are keen to appoint an enthusiastic SEN TA with excellent interpersonal skills, who displays initiative and is a team player. The role involves working 1:1 with Special Education Needs pupils to support their learning.
Your duties will be to support an allocated pupil through their school day and also liaise with the SENDCo and Class Teacher with regard to the student’s progress and wellbeing.
