Salary: Hay 10 (£7,616 - £8,803 per annum)
Hours: 16 hours 30 minutes per week – days and hours to be decided.
This is a temporary post that will end when the funding ceases or the child leaves the school.

We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled teaching assistant to join our friendly team and work with a child moving to year 5 who has a new EHCP.
The successful candidate will have a passion for learning, be friendly, supportive and self-motivated.

•Uses praise, commentary and assistance to encourage pupils to concentrate and stay on task
•Consistently and effectively implements agreed behaviour management strategies
•Liaises with class teacher, SENCO and other professionals about individual education plans (IEPs), contributing to the planning and delivery as appropriate
•Supports pupils in developing social skills both in and out of the classroom
•When working with a group of pupils, understand and use group dynamics to promote group effectiveness and support group and individual performance
