Teaching Assistant (SEN 1:1)
Start date: September 1st 2021
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only (Monday to Friday 8.45am – 12.00 & 1pm – 3.45pm)
Salary: Hay 10 (£14,228 - £15,100 per annum)
This is a temporary post, subject to funding that will end when the funding ceases or the child leaves the school.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Reception and/or Year 1 child with an Education Health Care Plan. The successful candidate will have experience of working with and supporting children with a diagnosis of Autism and will be experienced in supporting areas of need including social communication, engaging in activities, concentration and attention, emotional regulation, heightened sensory responses, speech and language, self-care and independence skills (including intimate care), social skills and personal safety.
